Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on neuroniumstore.com. Our return policy lasts only for 15 days after date of delivery and also the policy varies with product. Please check the product page return policy section for valid return eligibility. If return date has passed the days mentioned in return policy section of product page from the date of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For the eligibility to return the product, the products either needs to delivered damaged or is different from what is shown in the image. Please contact our support team at info@neuroniumstore.com or +1-484-937-0987.

Please be informed that to be eligible for return, you will have to provide us with the proof (image of product that was delivered damaged taken immediately after delivery or image showing the product that was delivered is wrong from what it was ordered).


Refunds will only be approved if the delivered product fulfills the above mentioned “RETURN ELIGIBILITY” criteria. Refunds will only be processed once the product delivered safely to the provided return address. Please note: We reserve the right to charge additional fee of 3% to cover any administrative costs.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our support team and provide the valid tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
